Obtaining H-1B Request Forms
Staff working with international scholars must use the current Berkeley International Office H-1B forms when requesting H-1B status and employment for international employees. To obtain these H-1B forms send an email request to h1b@berkeley.edu. Please include the subject line: "Request for H-1B Forms"
