Do you have questions about a J-1 case that you are working on? Would you like a refresher on the DS-2019 request process? Are you new to working with international scholars?

Training Meetings
Berkeley International Office is offering training meetings to assist department administrators who work with international scholars. These meetings are held every other Wednesday (see schedule below). During the meeting, we will review the process for bringing an international J scholar to UC Berkeley and give an overview of important immigration documents and regulations. If you are currently working on a case and have questions, we strongly encourage you to bring the DS-2019 request form to the meeting. There will be time to review your case and answer your questions. All departmental administrators who work with international scholars are welcome to attend.

All workshops will be held in the Berkeley International Office office conference room. Our office is located on the second floor of the International House. Please check in at the Berkeley International Office front desk. No reservation required.
