Spring Orienation

For students beginning their programs in the Spring term,
Check-in and Orientation are combined into a one-day event.

This program is designed to fit the needs of new international students. Although you may be invited to other orientations on campus that we encourage you to attend, our program is unique in targeting the concerns of international students. Its also a great place to meet new friends who share the common experience of pursuing an academic program in a new culture and educational system.

All new, transfer, EAP and returning international students are required to attend the Check-In meeting.
The Check-In meeting will take care of your final immigration document review. Bring your passport and I-20 (F-1) or DS-2019 (J-1) with you.
New students at the Check-In meeting will also get an introduction to
the campus and information about important business to take care of
before classes begin.
All Check-In meetings will be held in International House. Check at the
main entry for the specific meeting room, as it is subject to change
without notice.
Meetings last approximately one hour.
