Required Document Check Meetings

All New, Transfer, EAP, and Returning (withdrawn for one semester or more) international students are required to attend one Document Check to confirm their arrival and to complete the final review of visa and arrival documents. Your document check will take approximately 15 minutes; stop by any time during the scheduled meetings below. No fees or registration are required.

Please bring the following:

  1. Passport
  2. Passport admission stamp or paper I-94 (obtained at U.S entry)
  3. Form I-20 (F-1) or DS-2019 (J-1)
  4. The Arrival Confirmation Form [doc]
    (please fill out and print this form before the meeting)
