International Student Document Check

Required Document Check Meetings

All New, Transfer, EAP, and Returning (withdrawn for one semester or more) international students are required to attend one Document Check to confirm their arrival in the U.S. and to complete the final review of visa and arrival documents.

Review your New International Student Tutorial (see links at left) prior to attending Document Check.

Please bring the following:

  1. Passport
  2. Passport admission stamp or paper I-94 card (you will receive this at U.S entry)
  3. Form I-20 (F-1) or DS-2019 (J-1)
  4. New International Student Arrival form [doc]

Document checks take approximately 15 minutes; drop in any time during the 2-hour time slot. No fees or registration are required.
