Document Check (mandatory)

All international students are requried to attend a document check to complete
the review of your visa and arrival documents.  See the schedule at the link at right. Summer visitor housing is also available.

All orientation events listed below are held at the International House:

  Monday, August 19:         Main Orientation Program, 8am-5:30pm
  Tuesday, August 20:        Student Workshops, 3pm-5pm
  Wednesday, August 21:    Student Workshops, 8am-12pm

• Graduate Students' Orientation

• Education Abroad Program (EAP) Students' Orientation

International Resource Fair

Don't miss this opportunity to find out about campus and community resources available to you as an international student at Berkeley!  All new international students are invited to come meet friends and gather information from campus and community organizations, businesses and services. Guests include cell phone companies, banks, campus services, student organizations, and other resources you will need to get settled into life at UC Berkeley. At the Fair, our guests will have information tables set up where you can pick up written materials and ask questions about the services they offer. This is also a great time to mingle with other new students.
