Temporary, on-campus housing for new international students only will be available from August 1 to August 18 (must be checked out by 10am on August 18). Students who have fall on-campus housing contracts will be allowed to move into their room on August 18 for an additional fee of $80. Transportation and moving assistance will be provided for moving into fall housing. Information about this service, including how to register, will be emailed to students directly from the housing office in late July.
Students are encouraged to share a room with a friend and to to have all roommate information ready when making reservations.
Make reservations starting June 1st by sending an email request to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org with this information:
- Requested dates of stay (arrival & departure). Please note: When making reservations, if you are told that space is not available for your initial arrival, be sure to ask about later dates
- Your full name
- Your gender
- Single or double room (if you would like to request a double room, you must provide the name of your roommate when making your reservation)
- Your roommate's name (if you have one; have all roommate information ready when making reservations)
Please allow 1 week to receive confirmation of your reservation.
