How to Become More Resilient

Resilience is not a trait that people either have or do not have. It involves behaviors, thoughts, and actions that can be learned and developed in anyone.

  • Appreciate the dangers and threats of change, but are not overwhelmed by them

  • When faced with challenges and/or problems, focus on what you learned or can improved on next time
